I mean this guy's voice is phenomenal. He can sing ballads like Savage Garden and he can scream like the Band Slipknot!

After their last single and hearing in an interview that their new album is different from previous work. is like a D+, they sound now like U2 or something like that.
Reply:I haven't listened to Savage Garden in a while, so I'm not really sure if I can compare them, but "Leave Out All the Rest" is right now my favorite song off "Minutes to Midnight". It's a great song.

Savage garden vs queen?
my friend and i are having a debate wether
the band Savage Garden is better then the band Queen
or vise versa
we would like your opinions on this to help resolve our problem

They're both good, sure...but....that's like asking which is better, the Beatles or Blink 182 (or whatever the new band that you like is)....you can't compare the classics to the newbies. Even though I know Savage Garden isn't that new.
Anywho, I think Queen is better just because they rock.
BUT Savage Garden has really good songs, but they can't equal up to the many many greats of Queen.

Daniel Jones, he married Kathleen from Hi-5 and has a child on the way, so he's not gay.

I think it takes me right back to Jude Law and that Beautiful Girl who's name ecapes me, was it Gretchen Moll?? I never thought I would hear that someone loves that song too!! In the Aussie version of the video clip, it's so funny, one time when he say "until the sky falls down on me" the black dude looks up, pretty funny. darren's a total sweetheart, I had the honor and pleasure of meeting him more than once, and Daniel's really nice too, though I only met him once. I love their music, and the lyrics are always very thought provoking. Shall I stop here?

i was listening to the song i knew i loved you by savage garden.. and i told my bf it reminded him of us.. he reply i dont care for it...kinda of off handed ... now he is more into heavy mental.. i took it like he was not the romantic type... if your girl told you a song reminded them of the two of you would you act this way..

I believe he is more into heavy metal music, but I took his comment to mean that he is not the romantic type. If your girl told you that a song reminded them of the two of you, would you act this way?

Reply:MMMMMMMM well sometimes my gf also ask me stuff like that, but in my case, she listens mostly to country, and as you know, most country songs talk about lost love or stuff like that and the other day she asked me if l thought that we were like one of those songs and l told her: "nah that song talks about a perfect love, which if it was true, you wouldn't be able to put it in words" she looked at me kinda funny and acted as if she didnt understood what l just said (to be honest l wasnt really sure either) but she said "yea l guess that mekes sense you, freak" after that we kissed and told her that l love her. What lm trying to say is that people shouldnt compare their love to whatever they hear in songs b/c, unfortunally, love is not always perfect. Ya'll just be happy you love each other and dont compare your love to someone elses, instead compare their love to yours and decide which is more real and honest.
