Does the Savage Garden song "I WANT YOU" have a hidden anal sex reference?

This song was a huge hit around 1996-97.

This song has been edited during radio play in some countries to remove the possibly offending lyric.

This song has been widely criticized by religious and family-based groups for possibly containing the synthesized lyric "F*** me up the ***" at approximately 2:50 in the song.

This accusation was denied by Savage Garden lead singer Darren Hayes during an '02 interview.

Do you think it says this? I have listened to it 20 times and I think it might say it.

Does the Savage Garden song "I WANT YOU" have a hidden anal sex reference?
It does! I'd have never noticed that if you hadn't pointed that out though. And right where you said, 2:50. Here's the link were I listened to it.

By the way, do you think the Doors Song "Back Door Man" has any buttsex innuendos in it?
Reply:Its not at 2:50 in the song its at 1:37 and only able to be heard if you play the song backwards and at exactly 1/18th play speed

this is why you are having uncontrollable anal urges
Reply:I don't think so
Reply:I think all songs SHOULD have hidden references to anal sex. I think Savage Garden should advocate for it in the rest of their songs.
Reply:Do you want it to?
Reply:I don't know if that's what he meant by it. I have heard that Darren Hayes is gay so it's possible.
