what do these lyrics mean?
"We twist and turn where angels burn
Like fallen soldiers we will learn
That once forgotten, twice removed
Love will be the death...
The death of you"
The fallen soldier, once forgotten, twice removed thing throws me off but I LOVE this song.
In the Savage Garden song "Tears of Pearls"?
I'm stumped.
There is a sharp contrast between love and death to the point that they're nearly polar opposites. To suggest that love will be the death of someone is pretty serious. I think the song is suggesting that for this person to love a particular person will be the death of them because they're sellouts to the values that they hold.
You should probably consider the entire song in context for a more accurate response, though.
Reply:nice i love it to lovely did you write this song!
