I want to dance to savage garden "truely madly deeply" at our wedding. What step should I try and learn?

For an advanced dancer, I'd recommend foxtrot, but oddly enough at around 21 or 22 bars per minute, it's too slow to be done comfortably by the less experienced. You should consult a ballroom instructor at a studio near you, and though it seems an odd choice, a bolero might be your best choice, depending on how much emphasis and preparation you want to invest in this aspect of what's going to be an already complicated undertaking.

Reply:Fox trot or maybe Quick Step? Maybe your best bet is to bring the music into a dance studio and see what they'd recommend?
Reply:Cathal M, don't bother with it. Just get out there and dance! No one will care what steps you employ - they will just beam with delight at how happy and beautiful you look!
