No-one - They wrote it themselves.
Darren Hayes once said the song is basically about a wet dream he had.
Reply:if they had sampled it would be in the credits or someone would have obviously bitched about it by now lol...(i.e. hey you stole part of my song and im poor so give me money or i'll sue)
i think the reason why you think you've heard the music elsewhere is because they've used it commercials both with the words and without the words for various things (fast food commercials and other crap)...plus tv shows used to use it all the time...
