Reply:I heard in the media the other week that TATU weren't gay. It was just something that the producers put them up to to sell records. They both have boyfriends. They do have a gay song though.
Marie Wilson is another Australian singer who is gay. The Scissor Sister's area also gay - well most of the band.
Reply:Alright, let's see. Bear with me here, I mostly listen to lesbians... Just a lesbian thing, I guess. There's :
Team Dresch - I like their album 'Personal Best' most. These girls are a must to check out.
The Butchies - 'Make Yr Life' Is pretty uppity and energetic, if you're in the mood. My favorite is 'Population 1975'.
Kaia - (who was in both Team Dresch and the Butchies) 'Kaia' and 'Ladyman'. She also has one called 'Oregon', which is her latest solo work. She is also my favorite musician, ever.
The Murmurs - 'Pristine Smut' is one of my favorites.
The Organ - 'Grab That Gun'. They have disbanded, but are still one of my top plays. They're pretty good for a moody night.
Sleater-Kinney - 'The Woods' is their latest.
Amy Ray - 'Stag'. The butchies were her band for this album. Another one of my favorite listens.
Tegan %26amp; Sara - 'So Jealous' is their newest, but they have a new one coming out this summer.
Here's just a list of a bunch of other artists that I know of as gay/les/bi:
Joan Jett, Silverchair (Daniel Johns is bi), Nirvana (Kurt was rumored as having relations with both genders), Patti Smith, Gush, Lesbians on Ecstasy, KD Lang, Mellissa Ferrick, Apryl Elektra (check her out on myspace, she's fun), The Gossip, The Ex-Members, Uh Huh Her.
There's a number of gay/bi/les/trans bands and bands with gay/bi/les/trans members, though.
Edit: I see I gave you bands/artists you already had listed.
Reply:Rufus Wainwright and Brandi Carlile are two I know... then there is Sufjan Stevens, Scissor Sisters, Modest Mouse... but I am not *sure*, I just think about those ones. Good question, thanks.

Reply:Elton John is my personal favorite gay performer. Too bad you don't like him or Boy George. I love them. I think Tracy Chapman is also gay... Indigo Girls. There is also an all-boy gay group but I can't recall their name...
Erasure is another gay band by the way...
I think "Human Nature" by Michael Jackson is about homosexuality.
